Small chips, broken tips, or edge correction are inspected first and quoted upfront.
⚠️ Mobile service has a $50 minimum in the Honolulu area. Mail-In is U.S. domestic only with a $35 sharpening-service minimum. Customer pays inbound shipping; tracked and insured return shipping is quoted separately. Final work is approved after inspection, payment is due before return shipment, and normal turnaround is 3–5 business days after approval. We provide the mailing address after confirming the booking. Secure each blade in cardboard or a sheath inside a rigid box. Ceramic knives are not accepted.
